The Farm

Finca San Miguel Urias is an Antigua Valley farm owned by Héctor and Lilian Leal and operated through Rueda Farms. The family acquired it in 1903, and it has a wet mill and drying patios. It supplied the coffee for The Fermentation Project, whose four processing treatments were carried out by Lucía Solís with the farm team.

Rosso Coffee Roasters is a Calgary coffee business established in 2007. It began roasting in Calgary in 2012.
